This was a really cool project to work on, thanks to a client with some great ideas we were excited to bring to life.

When we arrived, we hit a surprise roadblock: the main tree we planned to build the deck around was dead. That meant the first order of business was a quick trip back to the shop to get some additional black locust poles.

One standout feature was a sturdy pole we installed through the rafters of the roof, which supports a rope climb leading up onto the deck—a fun and adventurous way to access the play space.

Despite the setback, everything came together beautifully. The final build exceeded expectations, and everyone was thrilled with the results.
